How can I return wrong or defective article?

You can ask return if you have received wrong or defective article, sending photos of flaw using our email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or our WhatsApp number +39 333 3357003.

When we received your request and your photos, we accept your return. You will receive an email with a voucher which you shall print and glue on your package. We will be decided together a date and we will send to you the courier SDA to pick up your package. We will refund you as soon as we receive the return.

The articles must be return in their original condition, with tags and packaging. All products will be examined at the restitution.
