The payment shall be made after order’s confirmation and it will be processed only at record on your bank account (usually after a few days). Our bank routing number are:

Goods are in our storehouse in Brescia, Italy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We run orders during the day. If the order is before 12 A.M, it will deliver to the courier in the same day.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

For Italy we use as reference SDA Express Courier, but if there are changes, we will send you an email.

What should I do if my package is missing an item?

Sometimes, we didn’t send everything in one delivering cause of storehouse’s temporary absence. So, we ask you to control in your email about goods’ deliver if there are articles that will send separately. In this case you will find note of delivering only with the articles sent. RETURNS

How can I return wrong or defective article?

You can ask return if you have received wrong or defective article, sending photos of flaw using our email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or our WhatsApp number +39 333 3357003.

When we received your request and your photos, we accept your return. You will receive an email with a voucher which you shall print and glue on your package. We will be decided together a date and we will send to you the courier SDA to pick up your package. We will refund you as soon as we receive the return.

The articles must be return in their original condition, with tags and packaging. All products will be examined at the restitution.

How do I pay my return?

Don’t worry about shipping costs cause of they are free. The articles must be return in their original condition, with tags and packaging. All products will be examined at the restitution.

How much time do I have to return an item on Duda?

You have 48 hours starting from you received your products.

Can I return all the items?

No, the returns can be done only if there are wrongs or flaws on the clothes. If the courier does a delay, it isn’t a valid reason to do return.

The item’s shades can slightly change depending on your monitor’s setting. We are not responsible for mistaken interpretation.

Which kind of item can I return?

For hygiene reason, some articles can’t be return, unless they have been left in their original packaging or because they are defective.
