How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are managed on the same day, if the order is placed before 12.00 and all the ordered goods are present in the showroom, the shipment will depart on the same day, on the contrary if all the items are not yet present the delivery times will increase from 2 to 4 working days.

Which company will deliver my order?

The reference courier for Italy will be SDA Express Courier, otherwise it will be communicated from time to time via email.

What if something is missing from my order?

Sometimes we do not send your entire order in one delivery (for example due to temporary lack of stock), so firstly we ask you to check your email for the goods dispatch notification to see if some of your items are sent separately.
